About this website
Elite Pools NQ is operated by Town Pool Care Pty Ltd, ABN 84 626 815 414. This page explains how information is handled when you browse the website, save pool choices or prepare an enquiry.
Preparing and sending an enquiry
The enquiry form uses your name, contact details, location and pool preferences to prepare an email. Your entries stay in the open page while you review them; the website does not submit them to an enquiry server or store them in its local storage.
Choosing “Open email app” passes the enquiry to your email application. Review the message and press Send there to contact us. Installation enquiries are addressed to [email protected]; pool care and other enquiries go to [email protected]. The information you send helps our team respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you need. Email messages are handled by your email provider and ours.
Copying a brief places it on your clipboard, and downloading creates a text file on your device. Neither action sends it to us. Please leave out access codes, payment details and sensitive personal information.
Saved pool choices
Your shortlist stores pool identifiers in this browser’s local storage so you can revisit favourites on the same device. Remove favourites using the heart buttons, or clear site data in your browser. Shared selector links contain pool, finish and coping choices only, not your contact details.
Website hosting and external services
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver and protect the website, Cloudflare processes technical information about visits, which may include IP addresses, traffic routing and system information. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.
We have not added advertising pixels or analytics scripts to the website. Images and fonts are served with the site. Links to social media, source material and email applications open external services, whose privacy practices also apply.
